Anything else?
Last Thursday my husband went in for a cystoscopy which he has had before. On this occasion he found that the system had changed. He usually goes in and gets undressed and puts a gown on. This time he did not get undressed. He offered to undress but was told he did not have to. He was asked to put a gown over his clothes, which he did not think was hygienic. They took him to have the cystoscopy done. This time he was taken to a ward to have it done rather than a theatre as he is used to.
He was not happy especially about the gown being put on over the clothes. He does feel this visit was as successful as previous visits. He has had cystoscopy visits to this hospital over the last 8 years and was not happy with this visit.
On Friday he had bleeding and was in pain and went to the GP on Monday and was advised he had an infection and is on antibiotics.
"Not happy with recent Cystoscopy visit"
