About: Craigavon Area Hospital / 1 North Cardiology Craigavon Area Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

A&E was packed and I had to wait 15 hours to be seen. The waiting area was very cold due to the revolving door constantly going if it only rotating when someone in it is would help keep some heat in. I was then moved to 1 North and it’s very good and a bit warmer. The meals are good and the cleaners work hard but then again I’m not fussy.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of 1 North. I'm glad that you found the ward comfortable and warm. We are very fortunate that we have a great team of domestics on the ward who work hard to keep the ward clean, I will pass your kind comments onto them.
