(as a service user),

I contacted VHK regarding mobility problems after recent leg fracture. I was put through to Janette who I believe may be one of the physio’s from ward 33. She arranged to see me later that morning offering me support for my leg, information and exercises to help me move forward with my injury, this was all done with a warm, caring and friendly touch, she made me feel at ease and was so kind giving clear patient friendly advice. Thanks Janette you were fab!
