"CT scanning & appointments desk"

About: Northwick Park Hospital

(as the patient),

I had an appointment at 1.10 and having to travel some distance and potential for protestors on M25 I arrived an hour & a half early. I checked into the Desk and asked to speak to Rita to thank her for her help with emailing the blood test result. I took my seat and in no time at all I was called to have my canula put in. Less than 5 minutes later 

I was taken round for the procedure. The staff were most efficient and friendly at all times. With all the happenings in the last 18 months in the NHS I was most impressed. 10/10 for everyone and thank you.

It was great to hear that the team were able to accommodate you after you had attended early for your appointment and that you found the staff to be efficient and friendly.
