Dear Tweety10116,

I can imagine that receiving a diagnosis at such an age will have been so scary, particularly for you, but also for your wider family. To have now lived with this for the past couple of years and knowing you still need further extensive treatment of transplant will inevitably have caused you a lot of emotional challenges.

I'm aware our Cardiac Liaison Nurse Support Team are in contact with you and your family and I would strongly recommend you get in touch with them with any concerns you may ever have, no matter how big or small you feel that is.

Additionally, our Play Service Team can work with you in regards to any preparation you feel may be appropriate for your forth-coming surgery.

I have been asked on behalf of all our teams that care for you to send our sincerest best wishes. We are always here for you whenever you may need us.

Take care

Coral
