What an amazing team of NHS staff and volunteers you have working at the Vaccine Clinics! 

I had my booster yesterday and had to bring my 2 year old with me. All the staff made such a fuss of her; chatting to her, giving her a glove balloon and biscuits. This really helped keep me calm whilst waiting my turn. At the end she said what a lovely time she'd had! 🙂
