Excellent physiotherapy service

I had been on waiting list for physiotherapy for 6 months before getting an appointment for my sore back that started circa year ago. Mahiri has been absolutely excellent, in very short time I started to feel better, I wasn't able to sleep a good full night, put my socks on or sit down comfortably. I am now able to do all that and enjoy some games and fun with the kids.

Mahiri was also very accommodating if I had to bring my kids with me due to childcare issues. Only wish the waiting time was shorter than 6 months.

Many thanks for taking the time to post your feedback from your physiotherapy consultations with Mairi. I am delighted to read that your back pain is much improved, you are able to move about better and can now enjoy some fun and games with your kids.

Mairi is a very valued and experienced member of the physiotherapy team and I will pass on your thanks to her for all she did to help ensure your physiotherapy treatment met your needs.

We are working hard to reduce our waiting times and are hopeful with some additional resource we will get our waiting time back down to 12 weeks.

Thanks again for letting us know about the patient centered care delivered by Mairi and I will pass your thanks to her and the team in Wishaw.
