Having been admitted to Snowshill ward via A&E, I didn't have any pre-conceptions regarding the pros or cons of Cheltenham General, even though I live almost next door to the hospital. From the moment I was admitted to the time of discharge, I was treated with the utmost kindness and professionalism by everyone. Although obviously struggling against low-staffing numbers, everyone pulled together to provide a sterling and admirable service; nothing was too much trouble, every single patient made to feel special and cleanliness wonderfully high. Patients were nursed with warmth, kindness and compassion and nobody was left unattended or ignored. A wonderful team and I can't praise them highly enough. All in all 10 out of 10, just wonderful.......many thanks to you all.
