Dear Patient

Thank you for telling your story. Testing positive for Covid 19 can be worrying and can cause a deep level of anxiety particularly when you experience difficulty in breathing. Hopefully you have been discharged and are continuing to make a good recovery. Thank you for sending your appreciation to the staff, this can have a such a positive impact and staff enjoy hearing, how their patients felt whilst in our care Recovery can be slow, so please look after yourself. Take care

Unfortunately my skills at completing the form did not show my whole story...

I received excellent 24/7 care. The staff were just amazing. Working in very difficult conditions in full ppe. They talked me through every step of the procedures. Took time to hold my hand and wipe tears. This was so appreciated.

I wil never forget the staff who really went above and beyond... they saved my life. I am so so grateful.
