My 5 year old son attended University Hospital Hairmyres for an ultrasound today. Every member of staff we met within the Radiology department was so friendly and welcoming. They really made an effort to make my son feel comfortable and he left feeling very special!
It was lovely to see staff happy and enthusiastic despite the huge ongoing pressures facing the NHS. Thank you for making today's appointment such an enjoyable experience.
