Anything else?
The reception staff were very friendly and I was seen quite quickly for an initial assessment. I waited a while to see the optometrist (if that's the correct term) but it was not an unreasonable waiting time considering I had just been transferred from St Mary's. He seemed diligent and had a friendly manner and I was happy with the result. In summary I left feeling relieved because everything seemed to have gone well. The only problem was that they took my letters from St Mary's and didn't return them. I wasn't in a clear enough state of mind to have kept track of them as I normally would since I was in quite a bit of pain.
"Pretty good"
