Anything else?
The standard of care was unacceptable. Staff showed a complete lack of compassion, with basic needs not being met. In light of all the recent media coverage and prominence of standards and expectations within the NHS, I am appalled that this appears to have bypassed those involved within this ward. Words fail me!!!
