(as a service user),

We cannot begin to thank the ward 7,8 & theatre staff for the safe delivery of my baby  under emergency section in October

The staff in the labour ward were utterly amazing and even though it was a difficult labour they made both me and my husband feel like we were in good hands. 

The theatre itself was seamless again all staff amazing and made us feel as calm as possible during a scary time. 

And the ward 8 staff who looked after me post natal again all amazing even though I only stayed for two nights their care for me and my baby was outstanding. 

So to you all a million thanks

What a special time for you and your husband with a precious new baby, congratulations.

It is heartening to hear such praise for the teams and to know that during such a difficult and scary time, you received care of a high standard and you were made feel safe throughout.
