Today I attended an appointment at the gynaecology outpatients clinic. Just wanted to say that it was an all-round positive experience. I was seen promptly (no waiting at all) but at the same time was given all the time I needed. All the staff I had to deal with were professional, courteous, sympathetic. I was treated sensitively, respectfully, as a human being with emotional and practical needs.
