Given the negativity around GP practices at the moment, I can honestly say I have never had a problem getting an appointment or speaking with a GP at Mosslands prior to and throughout the pandemic. I’ve always found the GP’s responsive, in particular when my children have been unwell. I really like the telephone call system and have always been able to see a GP or nurse face to face when needed. I find the reception staff helpful and accommodating and feel listened to when I contact them whether that be by telephone or via the website. Myself and my family have required referrals to be submitted for further investigation and this has always been completed promptly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice to others. For me and my family, we feel the practice has continued to provide a high level of health support throughout a very difficult period.
