(as the patient),

I use the continence service and think their organisation is great and can’t fault them for the care. They are excellent. The staff are knowledgeable about my medical care and the supplies come on time. They always sort out any problems straight away. I’ve been using the service since June 2012. In particular, Laura is great – she’s a star! Though all the staff are so helpful. Many thanks!
