"The staff were all fantastic"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

I went in for a prostate biopsy in the Queen Margaret Hospital in Dunfermline. The staff were all fantastic, the procedure and what would be happening before, during, and after the procedure was fully explained to me when I went in. All the staff in the biopsy room were great, the two nurses kept chatting away to me to take my mind off what was happening. I couldn't complain about anything, the procedure was carried out and as far as I was concerned it was painless. Great staff, not one thing that I could fault them on or complain about. I even got two cups of coffee and biscuits before I left.
