"Guiting ward"

Anything else?
yet again this ward is closed because of sickness and upset stomach's but nurses still walk from bed to bed with there mobile phones on texting, ho out side kissing and cuddling one another,( cross contamination with other wards as well) and i have know seen them in uniform in a public house just down from the hospital..... when is the patiant going to come first? i would not have belived this if i hadnt seen it for myself when a nurse doing the drugs round was texting somebody on his mobile all the time...... why are they allowed to have them on the ward?
