"Unacceptable wait for phone to be answered"

About: Medway NHS Foundation Trust

I have tried getting in touch with the breast screening department to make a screening appointment. I am a lady of 76, so do not get automatically called for screening.

It is not acceptable for an important cancer screening service, to not get an answer to my call. How many people will give up? When the screening is so important, prompt response is vital.
