I wanted to send my thanks and appreciation to the excellent team at Opthalmology Outpatients at University Hospital Wishaw. I attended with an acute problem and reception, nursing and medical staff all treated me with respect and dignity and were reassuring throughout. I especially enjoyed the banter from the nursing team puting me at ease and special thanks to Dr Lyle for fitting me in and his lovely manner and thoroughness.
