"paediatric ED CAH are appreciated"

I attended ED on Saturday with my 15 yo son who had just broken his wrist. He was in a lot of pain and it needed manipulated before he got his plaster on. The department was very busy but the service was quite efficient. Every member of staff was lovely and so professional from the  admin to the radiographers but especially the staff nurse Bernadine was amazing and put him at ease from the minute she introduced herself.  She was very welcoming to me and included me in every decision. The Doctor David who reset it was brilliant with him and made sure he had adequate pain relief. He explained everything and reassured me he was going to be fine.

In these busy times I’m not sure if staff are told how good a job they did and I want to make sure they know that it’s appreciated
