"Fantastic Service "

About: Penrith Hospital

On holiday, Mum not well with a bad chest infection. Came to urgent care centre, From the onset received excellent treatment, the receptionist was extremely helpful & the care Mum received from Nurse & Doctor was excellent, they were all so kind & extremely caring. Antibiotics & steroids prescribed.

Would definitely recommend this urgent care centre.

I am so sorry that your mum took unwell whilst on holiday. It must have given you quite a shock but thank you for taking the time to write to us with such a positive review

I am very pleased to hear that you found the process from the onset to be excellent and that your mum felt cared for by all of our staff.

I will pass your comments to the ward manager and the Matron for the area as I am sure they will be delighted to share your feedback with the wider team.

I hope your mum is feeling much better now.
