I found this service from NHS Fife to be of great value. The pandemic is effecting our lives dramatically and how we receive healthcare. However, I have no complaints with this service. They were very good and kept a professional manner at all times. The team kept me very well informed about everything and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I really can't think of anything to complain about. I really hope this becomes a permanent service as it is a pilot just now. Life's will be saved with this.
