"district nurses @ STH dungannon should get an award"

About: Dungannon / District Nursing

(as a service user),

last week i had a visit from a sister to change  my catheter

this is a regular [12 weeks ] event ongoing  for over 20yrs now,  & i must say that i dont look forward to this event

the staff who do this needs great praise for their skill & friendly aptitude towards  myself  who is disabled, always patient & caring &never display frustration with my slowness & extreme pain when moving on & off the bed

they should get some sort of an award!!!

Dear Killyliss,

thank you for your kind words and for taking the time to give us feedback. I am delighted that your experience of Dungannon district nursing service over the past 20 years has been so positive.

The district nurses work very hard to provide a high quality service and they will be very pleased to hear your compliments.

I will also take note of your recommendations for an award.

Thanks again,

Kind regards,

Katrina
