I was recently referred to the Early Cancer Diagnostic Centre by my GP. When I was told this was a rapid service to hopefully rule out a sinister cause for my symptoms. I was amazed at just how quickly I had my investigations and received my results. From when my GP referred me, I had an initial consultation with Katie, the clinical nurse specialist, I had been for my CT scan and I had received my results all in under 2 weeks!!
The whole team were just brilliant. They were sharp and on the ball. They were very polite, professional and I was very well treated by everyone. I was delighted that my scan was clear and with it all happening as quickly as it did that really helped to keep myself and my family at ease while we were waiting for my investigations.
I couldn't be any happier with how I was treated. How can you improve on perfection? A big thanks to everyone involved!
