"Shocking bad doctors surgery"

Having been with the surgery for a while I can say I am yet to encounter an occasion where I have been pleased with the service. The main doctor is so rude and has no bedside manner or a sympathetic tone towards a worried mother about their child. I am writing this review after a frustrating few days where the surgery have made me boon 4 appointment in the last 4days for the same issue! What a waste of NHS money and resources! Having moved surgeries today the new doctor suggested that my child should have been sent for an urgent referral, yet Noak bridge hadn’t even conducted a face to face at the surgery let alone a referral.
