"Excellent service and care from the paramedics"

About: London Ambulance Service NHS Trust Princess Royal University Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

My little one was struggling to breathe.  Although it wasn’t life threatening, the operator on the line decided to get an ambulance to get him checked by paramedics.

They came within 15 min, really quickly and assessed him. Though he was doing ok they felt he needed to be checked so they took him in the ambulance and he spent a day on A&E being looked after.

Excellent service and care from the paramedics!

Hi there. Sorry to hear that your little one had problems and so pleased to hear that the ambulance service came so quickly and took the decision to go to A&E at the PRUH. Fantastic. If you do have any feedback about the A&E service at the PRUH, we'd love to hear it. Hope little one is doing better and is now recovered. I am sure LAS will be pleased to read your comments. Take care. Jessica
