About: Borders General Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as the patient),

I self presented at ED just this evening, and my experience was next to none. I was looked after my a young doctor called Jordan, and his approach, care and reassurance should not go unrecognised. A very pleasant experience which made a difficult time that little easier.
