Was fine for flu jab but in general can never get through took over a week to get to speak to a doctor extremely disappointing

I am sorry that you have had difficulties in contacting the Practice.

We have a new telephone system that has improved access generally, but you can book prebookable telephone call back appointments for non-urgent matters for 7-10 days time if you phone outside the telephone triage times. We are happy that you have been able to access the Flu Clinic.
