I had many issues with this GP. They never get the electronic letters from the mental health provider. Or they don't know how to use their system. I always have to provide my physical letter if I want my new medication. I can't get my prescription whenever I want as their online system works only while the practice is open. It is doing that for the last 2 months. My medications still not in my repeat prescriptions so I have to write a note every time I want to get it.

If I get the chance to have an appointment or phone appointment, the doctors, the nurses and the pharmacists are very polite and acting nice. The only problem is their system and receptionists.
