"Sooooo long to wait "

Today has been an awful experience with my daughter. She was having stomach and back pains so went to our GP and he thought she had serious infection so he arranged for an ambulance because my daughter was feeling faint and in pain and said she wanted to go by ambulance but it was not considered an emergency and they said it would be between 1-4 hrs and after waiting 5 and half hours I took her myself because they had forgot to send an ambulance. Once we got to to A&E we had to wait over 6 hrs and the first nurse she saw was just not person centred and I do understand the pressure they are under but to see my daughter is such discomfort for so long is just unacceptable and apologies just don’t cut it and something really needs to change to make a better experience and to reduce those waiting times
