"Rude vaccine personnel"

About: Aintree Park NHS Liverpool CCG

(as a service user),

I received a letter from my medical practice at Aintree Park to inform me that I should seek an extra dose of COVID 19 vaccine as I have severe immunosuppression.

I went to the Holy Rosary vaccination clinic as suggested in the letter, with the letter as proof of eligibility.

I was confronted by a person on the outside of the clinic asking me if I had made an appointment, I tried to explain why I was there but he was very rude and made a complete spectacle of me in front of a large amount of people insisting I had to have my vaccination card ( the letter from Aintree Park Group Practice does not refer to this ) before I could enter. 

I was sent away without the much needed vaccination.

It was a disgrace.

It does appear there has been some miscommunication in this situation and we would like to ensure, if not already, that your vaccine is arranged for you as soon as possible.
