About: Stepping Hill Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a relative),

Not pleased at all with the service. Not too busy, but waiting so far one and a half hours to see triage. One staff member went missing for 30 mins. What nonsense, we're told the NHS is in crisis because of funding, what happened to the commitment of staff?

Thank you for providing your feedback and I am sorry to hear your wait time in A&E was a long while.

I have passed your concerns onto the Division leads so they can look into how they can keep people informed of the current wait times within the department including reasons for delays.
