"outpatient clinic Tulip Ward Goodmayes Hospital…"

I attended my appointment yesterday morning with my husband as I am in a wheelchair and disabled, we were greeted by a lovely lady at the reception desk. After I was again greeted by a lovely nurse who went through all the questions and medication with me very understanding and caring throughout . We then went to wait for the next nurse to continue my assessment ECG,BP Weight etc .until my deterioration I have worked both nursing and a care manager and understand the care of being polite and understanding and respect to patients or clients at all times .I found this lady to be both rude and no understanding of how I may be feeling ,I felt her tone to be of a very sharp of attitude throughout this assessment ,I feel I should have stopped her at the time but I have been so shocked by this as for the past three years I have been to Queens Hospital and ST Georges hospital and only a year ago for my hip operation and everyone I have ever been seen are 100%. I feel very degraded by the way I was treated yesterday by this staff member on Tulip ward.
