"Excellent Service, issues seem to have been…"

After leaving a previous review explaining my difficulties with the surgery I wanted to take the time to say that these issues now appear to have been sorted and the service I have just received has been excellent.

My initial review pointed out the issue with working around the call back, 'sometime in the afternoon' when working without access to phones.

After the review I was called by the practice manager who made a point of getting me a call back in the morning and I was then seen by a wonderful nurse the same day. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish.
