"Bad colonoscopy experience "

Had a poor colonoscopy experience compared with other hospitals. I was not given sedation when I requested it even though I was told prior that it would be given if I requested it. Never been treated like that. I have contacted them and they are not interested. Worst of all was that the Dr "didn't have the time" to remove the polyp so I have to have another in a few weeks. Shambolic.
