"Awaiting glaucoma results"

I have been waiting for my glaucoma results since beginning of September .I telephoned my go surgery they have not got the results .They told me to phone the east bury road surgery which have several times all I get is (your call is very important to us ) it can’t be that important otherwise they would pick up !! As for my eyesight that can’t be very important to them either !! I don’t know what else I can do to get my results .
