"Absolutely shocking service rude receptionist"

I have been trying to get an appointment for 3 weeks now. The website form does not work, it takes you round in a circle backwards and forwards to nowhere. I called today at 5:30 got through to a receptionist 5:50 she was extremely rude, did not listen to what I said, cut me off mid sentence and said 'I cant make an appointment for you you have to go on to the website' I told her it was not working and the line went dead. Is this surgery not seeing any patients??? Why are we being put off! She was so unhelpful. I rang back but was not able to get through and then they closed at 6pm.

I am suffering with Interstitial Bladder Syndrome and I am in a lot of pain. I need some help with my medication. My only resort now is to go to A & E and take up their valuable time for something that should be dealt with at my doctors practice. No wonder the hospitals are so busy, the doctors practices are sending them all to A & E!

Shocking.

If I spoke to a customer like that I would probably be fired. Perhaps the receptionists can go onto the website and see why it is not working. What do the poor elderly do without a computer? How do they make an appointment.

It is ridiculous that I cannot get help from my GP.
