"Terrible practice"

About: St Albans Medical Centre

I've received a letter from them for me to make a telephone appointment with GP to discuss my test results. I run this morning and was number 14 in the queue, however, when receptionist answered my call - they were full for today and for the rest of the months! And this has happened to me not for the first time at this terrible practice. I am not surprised they do not have any permanent GPs working there - only locums, and with high fluctuation rate. The doctors seem to be fine there, but the way this practice is managed is not very efficient. I am willing to change the practice, but not sure if there are any better ones in the area?
