We transferred to Queenswood as our original surgery closed quit te a few years ago. The family has always had excellent service at Queenswood. During covid in 2020 my grandaughter had a rash in her leg. Our GP organised a video call so she could see the rash and prescribed accordingly. I get reminder texts when we're due to book an appt for a blood test as well. My husband had a face to face appt with our GP on 14th Oct 2021and another scheduled for 21st Oct. We've always received excellent service and always manage to see or speak to our regular GP, or speak to a nurse. Covid has been a trying time for GP surgeries but I know that GP's have always worked behind the scenes.
