"Excellent practice"

I have used longroyde surgery throughout Covid and have found the service to be excellent, the staff are very kind and highly professional.

I have been able to see my GP when requested (usually on the day I have phoned for an appointment), both via telephone or in person.

I have been able to book blood tests and vaccines and receive them on the day of my call (last one was a vaccine 1 hour 25 minutes after I called for an appointment).

I realise that Covid has created unprecedented workload for the NHS, but the Longroyde team are more than up to the challenge.
