I had experience of A&E and of the Surgical Assessment Unit last weekend and have only positive things to say about the way I was treated. Despite signs of understaffing and the heavy demands put on the service, staff at every level were kind, informative, considerate and reassuring.

Thank you for taking the time to post your experience. Both A&E and SAU are two of the most busiest departments in the hospital and both teams will be heartened by your words, which I have passed on to the Sisters to share with their teams.
