(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I found the reflexology sessions with Sarah very relaxing and helpful.

I came feeling quite stressed and emotional with my diagnosis and work issues, but left feeling relaxed and with a spring in my step.

I found it very helpful/useful in identifying areas in my body/health that need extra care so that I can work on giving these areas care/time and help me understand why I'm feeling like I do at times.
