I've been receiving help from COPE for the last 5 or 6 years and found that the staff are everything you'd want from medical professionals, what sets them apart from other services is that they are extremely pro-active and they will go out of their way to provide the best possible care available whether it be referrals or advise on various other options. They are a lifeline which I'm very grateful for.
