"Shocking"

You cannot book an appointment, regardless of when its required, you are told you CANNOT book an appointment and need to make 2 trips first see the triage which needs to be between 8am-10am and you still need to book in to do this then triage will decide if you can then see a doctor on a 2nd visit, I have a varicous vein so cannot risk pressure on my leg twice, I merely needed a referral but from January have been unable to get in to see a GP
