About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Critical Care Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / General surgery (Wards 9a, 9b, 9c & 9d)

(as a service user),

Please can I say thank you to all the staff nurses all staff at HDU and ward 9c, especially for looking after me whilst they themselves seemed exhausted and rushed off their feet. The food was also very good. Also a special big thank you to Mr Wright, the only person I have faith and trust in completely, due to his honesty and transparency.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback in regards to the time you spent in HDU and Ward 9C of the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.

I will be delighted to pass on your comments to all the staff in HDU and Ward 9C especially Mr Wright who I'm sure will be touched to hear such lovely feedback in regards to the service provided.

I will also pass on your thanks to the Facilities staff in regards to the food provided.

I hope your now recovering well and thanks again this means a lot to the staff involved.
