Hi Amcb,

I am sorry to hear about your recent experience at the GRI Minor Injuries units and have shared your experience with the staff who manage and run the centre that helps ensure patients get the right care in the right place. They are always keen to hear from patients who have been through this new care pathway.

They are actively working to improve communication between different teams and the information patients receive during and after their phone call. This will hopefully help make sure people are seen at times that minimise waits in hospital, although unexpected difficulties in patient care can impact on waiting times.

Kind Regards

Paul
