Unable to get a routine appointment unless I call in the morning at 8am as an emergency appointment.
Receptionist acts extremely rude towards me and will not let me get a word in edgeways, very unprofessional manner for a health care service.
My GP is one of the best doctors i have dealt with, just a shame the reception staff bring this surgery down.
I hate calling up for an appointment due to the service received before getting through to the doctor.
