Recently diagnosed with PBC with a poor experience from another hospital I was nervous about my appointment. From the time I entered the building I have nothing but praise for all the team both admin and specialist staff. To the reception at 4b - thank you for your clear and kind words. To the nurse who completed my Fibroscan - thank you for your calmness. To the consultant - Your analogy of a car had my husband smiling all the way home. To the nurse that found my veins and painlessly took blood. Thank you. You made the journey worthwhile and whilst the diagnosis can't changed your kindness, patience and understanding made it far easier. Just THANK YOU.
