(as a service user),

I am relieved that I have been able to come to the Fern Centre to have help and understanding with my hair loss. The volunteer made me very welcome and she was so relaxed she made me feel calm. I have had difficulty coming to terms with my stage 4 cancer and hair loss. Now I am sitting with my new wig on and already feel my old confidence coming back into my life.

The 2 ladies who showed, spent time explaining the various wigs were so helpful they understand their job and showed real respect and dignity towards myself and my friend. I thank you all for this service you are giving to all cancer clients. Thank you once again.

It was so lovely to read your kind feedback and to hear that you were able to find a wig that was right for you. We are so glad we were able to offer this service to you and able to help you get back some of your old confidence. It was lovely to read that you felt well looked after by the volunteer in the Centre as well as the ladies running our wig service and I will pass on your kind words to them.
